The only people who will work on your landscape are Nucon Landscape design employees. Our team members have experience and horticultural backgrounds, and we will all be familiar with your landscape needs.
We own another successful company, "Imperial Concrete Inc." that we have partnered up our employees who have experience and concrete backgrounds to help provide you with the best concrete needs.
After an agreement is signed and you have decided if you want your yard mowed weekly or bi-weekly, we will inquire you two options for payment.
1. Provide set days to take the money agreed upon out of your account 2. Take payment with square card reader (you will slide your card) each time our team mows your lawn.
After a work order is signed, we ask for a small deposit of $200 to withhold for reinsurance that you do not back out of your part of the deal. Once that is set, we will divide the payments from the amount of days it will take to complete the job. Based on those dates we will set a percentage to be paid each day.
1 day project- After the job is complete, the total agreed amount of money for the project - the 200 deposit from the total price is due.
2 day project- The total agreed amount for the project - the 200 deposit from the total price is divided in the number of days with percentage (50%), which means half of the money on the first day and remaining amount the next after the job is complete.
3 day project- The total agreed amount for the project- the 200 deposit from the total price is divided in the number of days with percentage (33%), which means 1/3 of the money is due on the first, another 1/3 on the second and the remaining 1/3 on the last day after completed.
Our pay plan for landscape jobs is pretty similar to our pay plan for concrete jobs. The only difference is, depending on the total amount for the project, the deposit amount might be smaller.
